If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you send, along with any dates or number of guests you choose to add. We do not collect anything else on this website — there is no analytics and no advertising tracking.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to stay, to arrange your visit. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.
Where it goes
The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms, our website host, and stored in our host account. Reservations made through Booking.com are handled under Booking.com’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to reply and to manage any resulting stay, then delete them.
Your rights
Under the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp (details below) and we will help.
